Advisory Board. If it is true that this would mean that
it would be impossible to find Directors to carry on, the Government would be faced with a very largely increased expenditure on hospitals. I am, however, hopeful that the present Directors, now that the seriousness of the position has been fully brought home to them, will discharge their duties in a trustworthy and efficient manner, and
that further administrative reforms may be in due course
found to be possible.
